This Download accompanies the Cubase Technique VST Expression workshop for SOS February 2010 (/sos/feb10/articles/cubasetech_0210.htm). There are two Expression Maps: the completed stings Expression Map as described in the main text; and the completed Expression Map for an electric bass multi using normal, muted, staccato and slap bass sounds, on MIDI channels 1 to 4 respectively. Each performance style has 5 levels of dynamics defined. As described in the article, you may need to tweak these maps to use with the libraries you decide to use in Cubase.
